Pricing

Three depths.
Priced by county.

The county is the unit. Most trade businesses work a home county plus the ones that touch it, so the three-county pack is priced at about double a single county. Metro and state coverage is quoted. Permit Digest is open now; the deeper tiers are planned and not yet for sale.

Founding offer. Buy one county and watch a second; buy three and watch a fourth. The first subscribers in a county keep that bonus and their rate for as long as they stay subscribed. The public price rises as the data deepens; yours does not.

What Counts as a County Today?
6 cities so far: Austin, Chicago, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Mesa, Seattle. Each counts as one county on your plan. Full county coverage, the unincorporated county portal and every city inside it, is being added source by source, and each coverage page says which jurisdictions are in and which are pending.
Is the Value a Price?
No. It is the value the applicant declared to the city when filing. Declared values run low. We label them “permit-declared” everywhere and never fill in a missing one.
How Fresh Is It?
Chicago, Austin, Seattle, Cincinnati and Mesa publish daily and we ingest every morning. Los Angeles refreshes about weekly, and its coverage page says so.
Why Is a Big County the Same Price as a Small One?
One flat price everyone understands. Fulton costs what Lafayette costs; a buyer who wants a whole metro buys the three-pack or a metro bundle, and that is where a big city pays more.
Do You Sell Homeowner Data?
No. Homeowner names and personal phone numbers are stripped before storage. We keep the site, the work, the value and the contractor’s business identity.
What About One-Time Reports?
A lot brief, a market-entry brief and a contractor dossier are coming for the decision you only need once. Subscribers get them at a discount.
